National Youth Leadership Training - National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is a Boy Scouts of America (BSA) leadership development training program designed to help transform scouts into better leaders. The program was designed with the hope that scouts trained at NYLT will not only learn important leadership skills that could be used within their home unit, but their skills could also be used in everyday life to improve the leadership potential in boys.
